When and how do you get paid?
As the owner, you get paid directly from the platform about three days after the guest arrives.
How do we charge?
We invoice our commission at the end of the month:
20% commission on the price/night

And what about VAT?
Our rates do not include VAT. You will see this clearly reflected in your monthly bill.
Are there any additional costs?
Yes. As the owner, you will have to continue covering the fixed and variable costs of your home (maintenance, repairs, gardening, pool maintenance, electricity, heating, etc.) and the costs arising from the natural wear and tear of the home.
